Cake Smash Session/ Jacksonville Child Portrait Photographer

This cake smash session was so much fun. This was photographed in the baby’s home. I am always impressed with the amount of thought and effort that goes into a photosession. The mother made the banner, hat, cake (such talent), bow and had chosen a darling outfit for her daughter. This little lady isn’t even the first–but the third little girl in the family. I love making birthdays special and hope I do such a great job on my third child.

This gorgeous little girl was so much fun to watch while playing/eating her cake. I think my favorite part of a toddler is their chubby adorable little hands. I love watching those hands work and figure out what they want. As with all cake smash sessions she got messy, made a mess and thoroughly enjoyed it. 1--CakeSmash 2--Cake-Smash

Urban Maternity Session: Jacksonville Maternity Photographer

This maternity session was photographed in downtown Lubbock, Texas. This mother is right at the end of her third trimester in these photos. Doesn’t she look fantastic? Her hubby was so laid back and easy going throughout the session. Right as the sun was setting these two started to dance and I thought why must this session end? I could have photographed them for hours more. These two were such a blast to photograph.

Blog-3 The best thing about dressing in layers was a with a few quick changes the look was completely different. First a cardigan, then a scarf styled a few ways. I simply loved all of the details in her outfit and especially the stamped necklace with her baby’s name engraved.  Blog-2

Maternity: Hodges Park Lubbock Photographer

This maternity session was done at Hodges Park in Lubbock, Texas. Isn’t this mother just beautiful?  This will be the second baby for this couple. This was her first time getting maternity photographs done. Her first sweet baby came a lot early than anticipated. So, she was thrilled to be full term with her second baby. They both came in separate cars to the session and her husband had a big grin on his face. He stayed to take some pictures than went off to a football game with some friends. I’ll have to remember to make sure my husband goes somewhere fun after we get our pictures done as well!
